THE TOP PROBLEMS AND HOW TO FIX THEM:

Q:  The background is white, and I don't get a navigation bar:

A:  Press refresh.  if that doesn't fix it, empty your cache and press refresh again. Under explorer, try pressing Ctrl + F5 (refresh from server)

Q:  I see grey boxes in the blue strip at the top of the screen.

A:  Java isn't working on your computer.  Enable it, or use the text links at the bottom of every page.  The news section can be navigated by scrolling down the top frame until you see text links.

Q:  The screen is larger than my monitor, and nothing fits / the site is slow / the colours all look weird

A:  If possible, set your colour depth to more than 256 colours, buy a new graphics card, select a bigger screen resolution, upgrade your browser:
